Check out these two cabinets made from reclaimed doors. The doors were originally sliding door, we built a cabinet around them and added shelves made from the back of a church pew. The back wall of the unit is antique ceiling tiles.

7foot twin Cabinets. Custom made for one of our customers out of reclaimed doors. What's real neat is that the door on the cabinet is made from the customers old window. The two are designed to sit side by side. The doors open outwards from the centre.

Since i have to fill this space with something, I see it wise to speak of my cabinets made from doors and other reclaimed materials. How is it that a door can be a cabinet? At Forever Interiors, we use reclaimed doors and windows like building blocks. The structure of the door forms the shape of the final product and provides a look that is truly unique (check out our cabinet).

In our day to day lives at Forever, we come across people all the time that tell us that they have made furniture - notably tables, from doors. That may well be true but usually the case is they have taken a door, turned it horizontal and added 4 legs, not much of anything else. Ahhh, I'm sure i can train a cat to do that.. we do alot more, we build furniture.
